I am Brandy Pellegrino, a Professional Photographer specializing in Boudoir Portraiture. I truly love what I do! Everyday I get to help someone feel beautiful! It is my passion to make women feel comfortable and sexy in the skin they are in. It's not everyday we see ourselves in the light that our loved ones see us in, all the time. Our husbands or significant others don't just say "You're beautiful" or "You look really pretty" they see it and feel it. As women we don't often feel as gorgeous as we should. I enjoy photographing women in Boudoir because it's so rewarding to see the smile on their face when they truly feel confident, beautiful and sexy!
I am a wife and mother who found her love in photography just six short years ago. In July of 2004, when I got married, a friend of mine had her wedding about a week later. Her husband was deployed within a month. This is when she asked me to take some "you know" photos for her new husband. At the time I was photographing families and pets, I really loved doing this but knew there was more in store. After my first Boudoir session I was amazed with the outcome, we had so much fun and the photos turned out so cute. I was pleased that I could help my friend give her new husband such a sweet gift that he would cherish forever. I loved Boudoir from the beginning!
It took me a few years and several classes to decide that Boudoir photography was what I wanted to do full time. I was a little afraid that this type of photography would be looked down upon in our society. After training in lighting and posing, I gained the confidence that I needed to pursue my passion. I feel comfortable photographing women in lingerie and in the nude, this helps my client to feel as secure as they need to be when undressing for a stranger. I photograph women of many sizes, slender and curvy. Many ages mothers and grandmothers, girlfriends, fiancees and wives.
